2 U.S. Senators Request Aid for Visteon Workers
I was delighted to read the article in local newspapers regarding the letter sent by Senators Richard Lugar and Evan Bayh to the Department of Labor asking for TAA for the workers at the local Visteon plant.
This is exactly what we asked for when we went to D.C. to ask for their assistance in pushing the request for assistance for local displaced workers.
This could potentially help with health care, extended unemployment and job training.
